The weekly rate includes all utility costs, linen (cotton), duvets, towels (not beach towels) and a local town/village car park permit.

Once we have confirmed the week is available, please read the terms and conditions print out and complete the booking form and send this together with your deposit. Cheques to be made payable to David Danby.

Alternatively funds can be transferred electronically via BACS to David Danby, sort code 40:30:36, account number 41482211

We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and confirm your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Once the final cheque is received we will send specific instructions on how to find us and pick up the keys.

Normal check in time is between 2-3pm. However, if this is not convenient we will arrange another time nearer your arrival date. Departure time is 10am on your departure day.

For Mulberry Barn the security deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure – less any possible damage.
