Old Walls apartment is a spacious ground floor wing of a grade 2 list building that was converted from the stables of adjacent Milford House. The setting is traditional (opposite a 900 year old Norman Church), peaceful and comfortable yet still provides all the modern day facilities. The sitting room faces south and over looks the large, mature garden: and with the front door leading onto the quiet Church Hill road, the only noise that will possibly disturb you will be the church bells on a Sunday morning.

The large bay fronted living room has a sofa, two arm chairs, dining table and a ‘divan’ bed which is easily folded away and is unobtrusive during the day. From the sunny sitting room patio doors lead out on to the wisteria covered terrace and through to the garden. The terrace faces south and is a pleasant, sheltered sun trap that provides an ideal spot for alfresco eating or the perfect place to read a paper and enjoy a cup of coffee. Part of the lawn is also available for guests' use - garden furniture is provided.

The Kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, washing machine and fridge. Gas fired central heating (and plenty of hot water) is provided.

The bathroom has a bath and separate walk-in shower, the bedroom sleeps two, and the bed can be made up as either a double bed or two singles - please let us know. The bedroom has a large cupboard, and chest of drawers which offers plenty of hanging and storage space. Coat hangers are provided.

Other facilities include a flat screen plasma TV with all the free-view channels, dvd player, cd player, radio, games, books and magazines. Connection to the internet is available via a wireless modem. We also provide you with a complimentary parking ticket for many of the local car parks.

Parking is directly outside the flat on Church Hill.

Pets: We regret that we do not accept pets at this property

Included in the price: all linen (100% cotton), duvets, towels (not beach towels) and all utilities.

Location: On rural Church Hill and just a four minute stroll down to the village green and all the shops, pubs (3) and restaurants (4). The sea is barely a 10 minute walk away.

The New Forest Park starts just over a mile away. The village of Milford-on-sea is a traditional coastal village that has magnificent views over Hurst Castle, the Needles and the Isle of Wright whilst being only a few minutes drive from the New Forest.

Walking the coastal paths, exploring the New Forest, visiting Exbury Gardens, reminiscing at Beaulieu Motor Museum, watching the yachts on Lymington River orjust relaxing in one of the many local or New Forest pubs – Milford-on-sea is an ideal holiday location.
